Urban mobility refers to the movement of people and goods within cities and metropolitan areas, encompassing everything from public transportation and cycling infrastructure to ride-sharing services, pedestrian access, last-mile logistics, and traffic management.
For entrepreneurs, it represents a vast and evolving landscape shaped by growing urban populations, climate concerns, digitalization, and changing commuter behaviors. It’s not just about getting from point A to point B — it’s about rethinking how cities function, reducing congestion and emissions, making transport more inclusive and efficient, and integrating technology and data to offer smarter, more sustainable solutions.
Whether you're working on apps, hardware, infrastructure, or services, urban mobility offers opportunities to innovate at the intersection of transport, tech, and city life.
This activity is financed by EIT Urban Mobility, an initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union. It is co-financed by ADRVest and implemented by Iceberg Plus Srl. and Cowork Timisoara Srl.
