CoworkTimisoara meant for me more than just a space in which to work. Is more than a desk, coffee and free wi-fi. Unlike other coworking spaces in the country I visited on different occasions, CoworkTimisoara means real support for entrepreneurhsip, networking, events specially selected to answer in a real way to learning needs of a continuously growing local community. What I appreciated the most was the fact that is imagined and maintained as an open environment, always embracing the new, and not just a space where you come to work in the morning and leave in the evening and start again in the same way the next day.
I was a member of the entrepreneurs and freelancers community for more than an year and a half, I saw how CoworkTimisoara worked in the first month from its opening, and I saw the same CoworkTimisoara today, with more experience, more open, better organized, with a bigger community. This brings me joy and I can certainly say that the atmosphere here is still the best of the best for anyone who wants a real healthy continuous growth for their business through learning experiences from participating at events, networking opportunities and ideas exchanging.
I believe each freelancer or entrepreneur should work for at least one year at CoworkTimisoara.
I chose Cowork Timisoara because it's a pretty hip place and they have a garden. But there's a whole bunch of awesomeness around here that took some time to discover.
Meridia is a fledgling company and there's a lot of stuff about running a business that we don't know. But here, the Andreis are just a few steps away and they have all sorts of info on where to get stuff printed, where to buy equipment, how to set up a payments system, how to bill, how to make a pitch more relevant, where to showcase your product. That sort of stuff. Most of the stuff you know you need but you kinda hope it'll work itself out. At Cowork it kinda does.
Also, there are a bunch of really nice people that work here. Smiles in the morning go a long way and it's great how with the opening of the terrace people just kinda huddle up outside. Pretty cool community, even if you work remotely you still feel like you're part of a team. And if you don't like people you'll find a secluded corner. The 'Garden' house is pretty big and it's got all sorts of nooks.
And let's not forget about the great business connections that they have. We've benefited greatly from this! Can't express how much that helped and will probably help in the future.
I think the decision to set up shop here was a good one and am pretty excited about the future. Coworkrules!
