Now, it is more and more needed to all levels and it was always applicable to all of us. This need is usually the realm of the higher levels of Maslow Pyramid or any similar model (we will explore together some that are more representative).
You may need to lead yourself from two perspectives:
1. Reactive (Managing Stress and Resilience)
2. Proactive (Self Leadership – Evolution “What got you here won’t get you further”)

When one has assumed the responsibility for personal and professional growth, impact and meaning. This will be our focus and you can expect benefits on all aspects of your life.
